File 2:  Draft EIS.  This file is the Draft EIS and appendices.  It contains the description of the Proposed Action and alternatives, affected environment, and environmental consequences. This file is approximately 41 megabytes.

Supporting Materials for the Draft EIS

File 3:  Detailed ACAM Reports.  This file contains additional air quality analysis supporting documentation, including the detailed Air Conformity Applicability Model reports containing the air emission calculations. This file is approximately 7 megabytes.
