File 3: Detailed ACAM Reports (Draft EIS, PDF, opens in a new tab). This file contains additional air quality analysis supporting documentation, including the detailed Air Conformity Applicability Model reports containing the air emission calculations. This file is approximately 7 megabytes.

It contains the description of the Proposed Action and alternatives, affected environment, environmental consequences, and responses to the comments received for the Draft EIS. The appendices of the Final EIS have been removed from this file and moved into separate files to improve download time. This file is approximately 37 megabytes.
